With fifty years of leadership, the AAAED’s dedicated mission for access, equity and diversity could not be accomplished without its members. The leadership of our members is reflected in their passion for this work and their tireless advocacy. The AAAED is here to provide a space for those seeking a community, an opportunity to network with members of your profession, or have your views heard by policymakers.

    Student membership is designed to support the development of full-time, undergraduate or graduate students.
     

    • Retiree

      50$
      Every year
      Retiree membership is designed for retired individuals who are not currently working in the equal opportunity, diversity, affirmative action, and human resources profession.
       

      • Large Institution, Business, Government

        550$
        Every year
        More than 500 employees (5 representatives)
         
        • This membership is for organizations with 500+ employees.
        • Up to 5 employees can access membership benefits.
        • One employee designated to vote on AAAED business.
        • One employee can serve as an AAAED officer.

      • Small Institution, Business, Government

        350$
         
        Small Less than 500 employees (3 representatives)
        Valid for 12 months

        • Professional Organization/Affiliate

          410$
          Every year
          rganizations that support the mission and goals of the Association
           
          • You must register a group of 3 or less

        • Individual Practicing Professional

          Practicing professional members serve as equal opportunity, diversity, affirmative action and human resources professionals, or are actively engaged in those professions.
